IAM Service Request

In order to request a new sevice use RITM at 4Help Service Request RITM

Include in the RITM:

• Department
• Description of the IAM service
• Whether or not it contains VT Identities (VT PIDs and Hokies identities)
• Why central identity services aren't sufficient for your needs
• The responsible parties by VT Username
